Time to set out to the happiest place on earth "Disneyland" in your RV. Lets take a look at the Anaheim RV Resort. We just returned from a four day trip with our two kids Darcy 16 and Donny 23 years old. Had a great time!  Of course it is Disneyland also "The hottest place on earth". Which made it was very nice to come back to our RV, crank on both A/C units and relax during the heat of the day.

Over all the RV park was an 8 out of 10. Now lets dive in to the details of the RV park. Most importantly for those of you with 36' units or longer pick your site carefully. The spots are very small and difficult to get in to. Before we get to that. lets quickly talk about finding the Park among the sea of hotel, motels and palm trees.

You will be coming in from Hwy I 5, take off exit 109B/Disney way or Katella exit Depending on your direction of course. The park is on Midway Blvd this street kinda sneaks up on you and if you miss it you will find it very difficult to find spot to turn around. Once you arrive the have a large pull in area for your large RV and tow or towed vehicle. The folks at the registration desk are very helpful. However, I was told the site we had was easy to get in to. Well that was in accurate. It was nearly impossible the way she sent us in. I went around the park came in the opposite way and had no issues. Easy back in from the new angle.

Once we disconnected we were thrilled to see a very clean park! The grass looked like they were ready to play the Super Bowl on it. Nice 50 Amp panel that supplied us with plenty of power. We were able to have our entire 36' rig parked on solid clean concrete. No problem with our four large slides. We did have to park our truck next to the RV which made the space very tight. As a matter fact where I had to park the dually took away our much needed awning shade.

If you are traveling with dogs there is plenty of nice clean grass to walk your Best Friend. The bathrooms were very clean and showers are free.

Getting to Disney. The have an agreement with "ART" Anaheim Rapid Transit that provides a shuttle bus every 20 minutes for $3.00 a day. You make 4 stops at other hotels on your way to the Park. However, the RV Park is the 1st stop on the way out of Disneyland. This works great i would much rather get home fast. From the time the bus picks you up till you are back in your RV In less than 10 minutes. With the stops on the way to Disney its about 30 minutes.

Once again I would highly recommend staying at the Anaheim RV Resort if you are heading to Disneyland.
